Caring Communities (Northeastern PA)
Caring Communities is a non-profit, tax exempt charitable organization that provides confidential HIV/STI assessment and case management services to a 12-county service area throughout Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania. Serving Bradford, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Montour, Northumberland, Pike, Schuylkill, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.

Central Outreach Wellness Center (Western PA)
Central Outreach Wellness Center offers rapid PrEP starts, PreP, HIV testing, Hep C Testing, and STD testing in Pittsburgh, Aliquippa, Erie, and Washington, Pennsylvania as well as in Cleveland Heights and Columbus, Ohio. PA Thrive Partnership (Northwestern PA)

Novus ACS (Eastern PA)
Novus is a community-focused health organization dedicated to providing confidential services and support to sexually active adults, regardless of financial status or minority identification. Each of our locations is dedicated to helping facilitate healthy lifestyles for all, offering free testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV, as well as affordable HIV prevention and quality HIV/Hepatitis C treatment and care.

Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation’s legal aid program was created to provide free, need-based civil legal aid services for LGBTQ+ and HIV community members in Southwestern Pennsylvania. We provide in-house assistance for cases involving identity document support, public benefits counseling, housing support, and civil expungement of criminal records.
We also assist in connecting people with free or discounted legal aid and other support services. We are unable to take any cases involving criminal law.

Pennsylvania Youth Congress
Formed in 2011, PYC is PA's first and only statewide LGBTQ youth organization, and PA's only Pennsylvania-based statewide LGBTQ advocacy organization headquarted in Harrisburg. PYC provides advocacy and support for young LGBTQ Pennsylvanians and their families in navigating their local school districts.

We envision a world in which every child learns to respect and accept all people,regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or gender expression. Each year, GLSEN programs and resources reach millions of students and educators in K-12 schools across the United States, and our network of 39 community-led chapters in 27 states brings GLSEN’s expertise to local communities. GLSEN’s progress and impact have won support for inclusive schools at all levels of education in the United States and sparked an international movement to ensure equality for LGBTQ students and respect for all in K-12 education.
